Welcome to Belle Vue – The House, a beautiful three-bedroom coastal retreat perched high above St Helena Bay in the peaceful Britannia Heights area.

From its elevated position, Belle Vue offers spectacular panoramic ocean views stretching across the bay, with the vast blue ocean beyond. Watch the changing colours of the sky throughout the day, admire breathtaking sunsets and enjoy the twinkling lights of ships on the horizon after dark.

Designed for relaxation and spending quality time together, the Main House comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

The two main bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds and feature private en-suite bathrooms, balconies and beautiful sea views. The third bedroom is situated in the loft and offers two single beds with its own en-suite bathroom. An additional guest toilet provides extra convenience.

The spacious open-plan living area combines a comfortable lounge, dining space and fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming environment for families and friends. Beautiful natural timber finishes add warmth and character throughout the home.

One of the highlights is the large indoor braai and entertainment area, which opens onto the balcony overlooking the magnificent St Helena Bay scenery. Whether you’re enjoying a leisurely breakfast, spending the afternoon with family or gathering around the braai in the evening, the views provide a spectacular backdrop.

Belle Vue operates completely independently of Eskom electricity, supported by a high-quality off-grid power and battery system. The Main House has its own geyser, separate from the Apartment.

Guests have access to a shared garage, which is the only shared guest area when the Main House and Apartment are booked separately. All other guest areas are separate, allowing guests to enjoy their own space and privacy.

For larger groups, the adjoining Apartment can also be booked separately, or guests can reserve the entire Belle Vue property, subject to availability.
